Lexi Kluth
Growth Marketing Manager
I’ve been lucky enough to grow up at Validic. I started here right out of college and have spent the past 7 years learning, building, and finding my voice as a marketer. I’m a growth-focused marketer with a love for storytelling, lifecycle strategy, and creating experiences that connect people to the care they need in a way that actually feels human.
At Validic, I lead creative content and retention efforts, developing campaigns across digital channels that drive engagement and support our mission to make healthcare more accessible and impactful. I enjoy working at the intersection of strategy and execution, whether that’s building lifecycle programs, collaborating cross-functionally, or bringing complex healthcare concepts to life in a way that’s clear, engaging, and approachable. I’ve also spent several years leading event strategy and execution across webinars, client teleconferences, and industry conferences, and genuinely love getting into the details that make an experience memorable.
Outside of work, I’m usually juggling a new craft project, playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends, or bouncing between board games and video games (I’m not picky, I love both). I’m an avid reader of fantasy and romance books, a casual baker, and a big believer in spending time with people I love. I also have a well-documented love for a crispy Coke from McDonald’s and a slight caffeine problem. I’m drawn to anything that brings a little extra joy into everyday life.
