Everyone deserves to be their best self -- at work, at home, and in their health. I am a senior SaaS healthcare software executive with more than 25 years of experience leading healthcare SaaS solution portfolios, specializing in technology to help physicians, nurses, and patients work together to optimize health, happiness, and efficiency. Before my current role, I was SVP of Product for Validic, helping Drew and the team make the turn from a platform company to a platform and EHR-integrated solutions company. In the 8 years I've been with Validic I've been amazed at the incredible team I am privileged to work with every day who demonstrate both an incredible commitment to Validic's mission and the ability to have a lot of fun doing it.

My wife Shea and I live in Summerfield, NC with our two kids, Ellie and Justin, and our two pugs, Murphy and George Russell. My own hobbies include an unhealthy obsession with Dungeons & Dragons, Star Trek, devouring fantasy and sci-fi books, and RPG video games. As a family we enjoy Uno, beach vacations, 3D printing weird things, pizza Fridays, watching Survivor and pretending how good we’d be at it because dad is an Eagle Scout with 30-years-past survival training, Harry Potter, other random YA fantasy franchises, acrylic landscape painting (mostly Ellie and me), shooting hoops (mostly Justin and me), and occasionally (less frequently than we should) tending to our koi (rather inexpensive goldfish) pond.
