Tablet-Based Kit with Pre-Paired Devices
For your high-acuity, higher-risk patients, we offer customized kits with a cellular-enabled tablet and pre-connected, home-use medical devices that require no WiFi connection, account setup, or device pairing. Everything arrives ready to use, out of the box.
Ship-and-Forget Device Delivery (BYO phone)
Patients will receive the ordered device(s) specific to the program in which they are enrolled. The device is theirs to keep; no logistical hassles associated with a return-and-reuse program.

Our patient support team is available to assist you or your patients with any technical challenges they may run into, ensuring technology is never a barrier to improved care. Options for this service include business hours support or extended availability, as well as varying support levels for everything from BYOE to full kit support.
