Congratulations! Your Payment to Validic was Successful!

This service will automatically renew on a monthly basis and remain in effect until you provide written notice of your intent to cancel the service at least 15 days prior to the next billing date.

Please note, if the number of Connected Users exceeds the amount allowed for its current Subscription Level during a calendar month, your Subscription Level will be automatically increased to the next applicable Subscription Level (“Subscription Level Adjustment”) on the first day of the following calendar month. Validic will attempt to contact you before this change is made.

Next Steps

1. Setup your Billing Portal

To manage your subscription, you’ll need access to our Billing Portal. You will receive an invite to this portal via email. To enable your Billing Portal access, you must use the invitation URL found in the email. If you have not received an email within a few hours, please check your spam folder and settings.

2. Bookmark Your Billing Portal

Once you’ve setup your payment portal, please be sure to bookmark the portal URL. To ensure security, Validic doesn’t publish links to our billing portal.

3. Validic API Setup

Within 1 business day of your subscription, you will receive a welcome email from our support team. This email will guide you through the setup process. If you have not received this within 1 business day, please contact our support team at support@validic.com.
